Investing in Facebook is a smart move, and U2 lead singer Bono’s investment firm knows that best as they raked in profit worth almost $800 million! His firm the Elevation Partners picked up an S$210 million stake in Facebook last November 2009. And the hike in price is a whopping 400 percent at $975 million. And to think was last year named “the worst investor in America” by a finance blog after Elevation Partners, dubbed “arguably the worst-run institutional fund of any size in the United States”, lost a fortune investing in Forbes Media.
